AD Energy US is working with our high-end RNG development client, who is looking to recruit a new Technical Director based remotely in the USA.
The salary for the position is set at $200,000 + Package.
The Technical Director will lead the implementation of transformative technologies, coordinating activities across technical, legal, financial, and operational areas. This role is committed to driving innovation and efficiency in project development and management.
Responsibilities:
Project Development and Management:
• Develop and manage various facilities and programs.
• Support in handling corporate acquisitions, project equity, and debt agreements.
• Manage operations of multiple facilities.
Team Leadership:
• Build and lead project development teams.
• Initiate sales efforts for relevant technologies and facilities.
• Provide consulting services for technology and sustainability projects.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-efficiency solutions.
Technical Expertise:
• Adapt core technologies for specific uses.
• Manage engineering, procurement, fabrication, and deployment of units.
• Develop commercialization plans for new technologies.
Operational Management:
• Develop and commission new facilities.
• Deploy innovative systems and technologies.
• Develop and manage technical assistance programs.
• Secure grants and revise specifications for sustainable projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Management, Engineering).
• Professional certifications (e.g., LEED Accredited Professional).
• Extensive experience in project development, engineering, and operations.
• Proven track record of securing grants and managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
• Technical expertise in relevant technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Significant experience in technology implementation and project management.
• Previous roles in senior management or technical leadership positions.
