• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to resolve challenges in a collaborative or independent setting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project success.
• Electrical Circuit Design: Expertise in analog and digital circuit design, component selection, and multi-layer PCB development.
• High-Density Circuitry: Experience with high-density circuits and high-volume manufacturing processes.
• Technical Testing & Verification: Hands-on proficiency in using tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering equipment.
• EMC Compliance & Testing: Knowledgeable in designing for EMC compliance and relevant testing protocols.
• Proficiency in Communication Protocols: Experience with Bluetooth 5, CANbus, SPI, i2C, and similar technologies.
• Innovative Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment focusing on performance, quality, and cost optimization.
• Outstanding Communication: Fluent in English with polished interpersonal skills.
• Background in BMS or ECU/VCU development.
• Familiarity with battery management systems, inverters, and motor design.
• Exposure to design and innovation in micro-electronics and MEMS products.
• Formula SAE/Student project experience.
