Our RNG Development client seeks a Development Manager to be a leader in several states or metropolitan areas executing projects from siting through to construction completion.
Responsibilities:
· Manage all development projects and related functions and activities
· Ensure project activities comply with company and contract requirements
· Oversight of day-to-day permitting
· Negotiate definitive agreements and other project-related contracts
· Manage all due diligence requirements including preliminary engineering, manure sampling, operating costs, geotech reports, environmental reports, surveys, etc.
· Develop, implement and administer project procedures, budgets and other work-controlling documents, including designs, submittals, and schedules,
· Represent company, project and/or department during investor, client and project management meetings
· Maintain development models for each project, including sources & uses of capital and profit & loss projections
· Interface with all company departments as required to resolve problems, ensure quality of engineering and construction, etc. in support of overall project schedule including coordination of field scheduling
· Serve as a mentor to Analysts and Development Associates
· Other duties as may be required and frequent travel is required
· Consistent and on-time attendance
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
· BA/BS degree required
· Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a related field
· Ability to travel 50% or more of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
· Self motivated
· Strong experience in design, engineering, permitting, financial analysis and project management preferred
· Experience planning, organizing and coordinating multiple projects at the same time
