RNG Plant Manager Position Summary: The RNG Plant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the RNG facility from production to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. This position is accountable for developing, implementing, enforcing, and leading operational processes to maximize safety, quality, and gas generation productivity to help the company remain compliant, efficient, and profitable.

RNG Plant Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet or exceed annual generation, labor, and expense budgets.

· Ensure plant and workers are compliant with safety procedures and environmental requirements.

· Execute strategies in alignment with strategic company initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to staff.

· Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.

· Responsible for notifications to utilities, energy managers, landfill O&M, and all other partners as required by facility agreements and contracts.

· Ensure accurate data collection is completed for reporting, compliance, recordkeeping, and equipment preventative maintenance programs.

· Monitor facility operations, bring actionable information to management, and initiate corrective actions through to completion.

· Share a trusting relationship with operations teams; manage, coach, and develop plant operator staff; assist with operator recruitment activities.

· Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.

· Stay up to date with latest equipment operation best practices and concepts including familiarity with current industry standards and technical expertise.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Four plus years of experience and proven success in gas processing or related industry experience.

· Must be proactive, detail orientated, and proficient in supervising and motivating small teams.

· Must have good organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

· Must be dependable, motivated, and self-directed; able to work flexible hours to support plant operations.

· Must have good oral and written skills with ability to present technical information to management in a clear and concise manner.

· Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude preferred.

· Working knowledge of pressure, vacuum, and flow principles.

· Knowledge of related disciplines: electrical, controls, process engineering, and maintenance.

· Must be able to accommodate travel up to 15%.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday; standard business hours, must be able to work extended hours as required based on business demands

Salary Range: Competitive basic salary plus 15% bonus target
