Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Offshore Construction Manager located off the North East Coast of England. As an Offshore Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the construction of various offshore projects from start to end. Your role will also include ensuring that proper safety measures are in place and the project is delivered on time and within budget. You will also work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project.

Start Date : 26th January

Contract Length : 12 Months

IR35 Status : Outside

Rotations : 6/6 – Can be brought down to 4/4 for the right candidate

Rate of pay: up to £900 per day – 50% travel rate, flights and travel covered

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing offshore construction projects, specifically cabling and connections
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in managing project budgets and schedules with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate a team of construction professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to show previous experience working on Offshore Wind Projects
  • Strong knowledge of safety and environmental standards and regulations.
  • Must have current and up to date GWO’s
