The purpose of this role is to facilitate overall strategic objectives and planning, formulate and complete the sales target and plan for market, maintain good communication with customers in the market, meet customer needs and achieve strategic objectives.
1. Gathering market and customer information in assigned market.
2. Analyze customers requirements, draw up proposals and finalize agreements in order to achieve sales targets and objectives in assigned market.
3. Provide forecasts and budget updates.
4. Provide timely expense reporting, sales activities (calls, meetings, business trips, etc.) reporting and opportunities tracking in the Company CRM system.
5. Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of products and technology for the purpose of product sales.
6. Coordinate trade shows and training sessions.
7. Travel to areas outside of assigned territory will also be required on a periodic basis.
8. Cultivate a customer-centric mindset within the sales team, prioritizing customer needs and delivering exceptional service at all times.
9. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
10. Take full ownership of managing customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
11. Proactively escalate issues to the appropriate individuals or teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
12. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
1. College degree or above.
2. Frequent business trips within assigned sales area.
3. At least 5 years of sales experience with proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and objectives.
4. Previous experience in the solar industry and existing network of contacts among international and local EPC Companies related to solar energy is highly desirable.
5. Native Thai/ Vietnamese and fluent English in both written and spoken (this position reports directly to a foreign Line Manager).
6. Team spirit, excellent coordination and collaboration abilities across different teams and departments.
7. Skilled at leading by influence, exhibiting strong soft skills and communication abilities (both verbal and written) to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
8. Ability to work under pressure and a strive to achieve your sales target.
9. Proactive and customer-oriented mindset, positive attitude towards changes or challenges.
10. Proficient in handling customer complaints, escalating issues appropriately and resolving problems to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
11. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
