What You’ll Do:

Be a Hero of Maintenance: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems, from 4-20mA circuits to 460 VAC electrical equipment and instrumentation.
Tech Savvy? You’ll Thrive Here: Utilize SCADA/HMI systems to monitor and optimize equipment performance, ensuring smooth operations every day.
Preventative Maintenance Master: Keep systems running like clockwork by executing and improving our preventative maintenance programs.
Use Your Expertise: Work with blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics to plan and execute complex repairs.
Innovation & Adaptability: Handle urgent repairs, sometimes with temporary solutions while awaiting parts, ensuring minimal downtime.
Team Leader & Trainer: Share your knowledge by training peers and operators to ensure the entire team excels.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 3 years working in an industrial setting, including expertise with instrumentation, motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, and compressors.
Skills: Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic operations knowledge is essential. Forklift operation is a plus.
Mindset: A true problem-solver with strong communication and analytical skills. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and a team player ready to contribute to the company’s success.

 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in tight or awkward spaces, climb ladders, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
