Your Role in the Team:
• Lead Commissioning Projects: Oversee equipment pre-delivery inspections (PDI), manage commissioning checklists, and provide technical expertise to ensure smooth start-up and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Construction teams to develop commissioning plans and schedules.
• Hands-On Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues, review process layouts and electrical drawings, and ensure flawless operation of biogas and process energy equipment.
• Customer Relations: Provide top-notch support to clients during commissioning and start-up, acting as the go-to expert for both technical and operational challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
• Technical Expertise: A background in instrumentation/controls, with experience in troubleshooting machinery and production processes.
• Biogas Knowledge: Experience with biogas, process energy systems, or the oil/natural gas industry is a huge plus!
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage on-site teams, OEMs, and contractors, guiding them through complex technical challenges.
• Communication Skills: Excellent at explaining operational concepts to a range of audiences, from senior management to on-site technicians.
• Travel Enthusiast: Comfortable with frequent travel (30-60%), including up to four weeks on-site during start-up phases.
