Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts in the US and Canada. This standalone role is pivotal for driving growth and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of the management team.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

1. Business Development:

• Identify market trends and opportunities in the Renewable Gas sector.
• Develop strategies to convert opportunities into successful projects.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns.
• Represent the company at industry events.

2. Technical Administration:

• Conduct feasibility assessments and prepare detailed cost estimations and proposals.

3. Stakeholder Relationship Management:

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Act as the primary contact for regional clients, addressing inquiries and issues.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Establish KPIs and track progress towards sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Critical Experience & Skills:

• Proven sales track record in the Renewable Gas sector in the US.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Technical experience in preparing estimations and proposals.
• Strategic, results-driven mindset with P&L responsibility experience.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about sustainability.
