Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of RNG construction projects nationwide. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of RNG construction projects, from initial planning through completion. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.

Safety Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety meetings and ensure all site personnel adhere to safety protocols.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. Provide regular project updates and address any issues promptly.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges. Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Ensure all project records are up to date and accessible.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on large-scale industrial or renewable energy projects. Prior experience in RNG or biogas projects is highly desirable.
