AD Energy Recruitment has an amazing opportunity for a Biogas Project Manager to join our client in the Texas area. .

The Biogas Project Manager works with group Management, Business Development, Vendors and Customers to successfully execute and implement projects for our client, including but not limited to, all aspects of Biogas upgrading plant and equipment design, construction, fabrication, and commissioning.

In addition to being technically capable and detail-oriented, the successful candidate will possess excellent organizational, time management and communication skills ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget with minimal surprises. An unrelenting focus on the customer is paramount including the ability to listen to, understand and solve customer and project problems in a comprehensive and cost-effective manner, think strategically about the company value proposition and engage in project implementations and operations throughout the lifecycle of a project to ensure customer satisfaction and service levels are second to none.

Responsibilities:

ยท Responsible for the successful and safe execution of all aspects of project including, but not limited to, construction, fabrication, installation, commissioning.

ยท Develop project timeline and hold all parties accountable to meeting project milestones

ยท Work with various vendors and industry professionals to ensure on-time and on budget upgrade systems and service offerings projects for various customer projects.

ยท Ensure projects adhere to and meet specifications required of project and industry including managing and filing all proper documentation and records as part of an overall project data book

ยท Responsible for quality control on construction and fabrication of projects

ยท Independently train customers on how to operate upgrading equipment when necessary and appropriate

ยท Work with operations department before, during and after all projects to provide clean and detailed expectations on behalf of the customer and do everything capable to make operations successful

ยท Work with administration department before, during and after all projects to provide clean and detailed expectations on behalf of customer and do everything capable to make administration successful

ยท Proactively monitor performance on existing projects on an ongoing basis including reviewing operating parameters and results and make suggestions when necessary

ยท Understand nuances of RNG laws and marketplace at the Federal, State, and Local levels and position company and customers to optimize success with current and future compliance on all projects

ยท Effectively position, communicate and reiterate value proposition to customers as appropriate

ยท Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies, etc.

ยท Understand the RNG project development process, requirements and associated challenges (i.e. interconnect requirements, RNG requirements, CNG storage, financing environment, etc.)

Qualifications:

ยท Five plus (5+) years of project management, construction and/or engineering experience in natural gas processing; biogas processing industry experience a plus

ยท Demonstrated ability to solve problems, be customer focused and deliver projects on-time, on spec and on budget

ยท Professional Engineer licensure a plus

ยท Knowledge of RNG marketplace a plus

ยท Ability to pass customer, company, and regulatory safety and operator qualification programs

ยท Possess a valid driver’s license and meet company insurability requirements

ยท Ability to read and interpret P&IDโ€™s and other construction and fabrication drawings

ยท Required to complete a background check and drug screening prior to being hired

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

ยท Talk and hear; verbally express ideas, information and instructions

ยท Use hand tools and equipment, repetitive hand use such as simple grasp and twisting motion included

ยท Lift, pull, push or carry up to twenty-five (25) pounds regularly and up to seventy five (75) pounds occasionally

ยท Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

ยท Stand/walk for long periods of time without a break

Occasionally required to:

ยท Remain seated in a normal position for up to half the workday

ยท Enter and work in confined spaces

ยท Work in low-lit areas

ยท Have the ability to work around loud to moderate noise

ยท Climb stairs and ladders to elevated workspaces
