Job Description

We’re hiring an Executive Search Assistant to join our Energy division in Birmingham.

This role is suited to someone with experience in a professional environment who is looking for more exposure, responsibility and progression.

You’ll support the delivery of executive search assignments while working closely with the highly experienced Managing Director,  gaining a clear understanding of how senior-level recruitment works in practice. We are proud to work with some of the world’s largest organisations, hiring talent across over 40 countries.

The role is designed for someone who is ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career, with a clear pathway into a consultant position over time.

Key Responsibilities

You will support consultants across the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Managing candidate and client information within our CRM system

• Supporting candidate sourcing and initial screening activity

• Coordinating interviews and managing schedules

• Preparing candidate documentation and profiles

• Assisting with market research 

• Support and advise the Managing Director to ensure he is as effective as possible 

• Maintaining clear and professional communication with candidates and clients

You will be involved in the process from initial search through to placement, gaining exposure to each stage and working with clients and candidates from all over the world.

Development & Progression

This role offers the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in recruitment and executive search.

You will gain:
