About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, curious and confident Recruitment Candidate Expert to join our Glasgow team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in helping our clients find the talent that powers the future of renewable energy.

This role is ideal for someone that wants to grow into a 360° Recruitment Consultant position and start building a long-term career in one of the most exciting global markets. 

Due to the nature of our client base, you’ll be required to work in slightly different time zones so we need someone who can commit to some later working days but don’t worry, you won’t just be sat behind a desk, we frequently travel across the USA. 

What You’ll Do

Source Top Talent: Use our Mercury CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, and your own research to discover and connect with top RNG talent across North America.

Engage Candidates: Build relationships with engineers, project managers, and executives in the renewable sector. Understand what they’re looking for and match them to our clients’ needs.

Screen & Qualify: Ensure candidates are a perfect fit — culturally, professionally, and legally — to work in the U.S.

Database Management: Keep our Mercury system up to date with talent pipelines and candidate journeys.

Job Ads & Content: Write sharp, appealing job posts that get attention on LinkedIn and our site.

CRM and tech-savvy – Mercury, LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Suite

A confident, professional phone manner – You won’t be shy about picking up the phone

Ability to grasp technical roles – You’ll need to speak knowledgeably with professionals, particularly in engineering

Curiosity and attention to detail — You ask great questions and retain key information

Our modern city-centre office sits on the 9th floor of a serviced building on Renfrew Street with sweeping views over Glasgow. We’ve created a relaxed yet focused environment with a dartboard, pool table, and a café downstairs.

We’re just minutes from Buchanan Bus Station and both Central and Queen Street train stations. Subsidised parking is available in the building too.
