We are seeking a Millwright for one of our clients who are leaders within the American RNG sector! You will be responsible for monitoring vibration and the alignment of multiple components.
You will make repairs, fix technical issues, and complete installations on various systems and equipment associated with various gas plants and their components. While working with others on various commission projects to, maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
The Millwright is thereby required to monitor multiple sites/locations to provide coverage for operating equipment.
Millwright Responsibilities:
The Millwright Perform alignments on motors, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
Requirements:
• Must be able to inspect/meg motors
• Perform quarterly vibration analysis with reports
• Greasing maintenance on major equipment
• Assist operations when pulling and installing major equipment
• Installs, commissions, and starts new units, including necessary inspections and testing
• Inspects compressors, and control systems, using micrometers, pressure gauges, electronic diagnostic equipment, and other tools to identify and correct potential problems before they occur.
• Support the installation of both mechanical and controls upgrades
• Document all technical procedures and user guides
Millwright Qualifications:
• Extensive experience with alignment of rotating equipment (compressors, motors, pumps, etc.)
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Must be eligible to be legally employed in the U.S.
• The ability to travel when needed, 75% to 80% of the time.
• Ability to work overtime, on-call and weekends when needed
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
